Nick Webb

Nick is an Owner and HVAC Contractor at Olympus Electric and Air, bringing over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is a licensed HVAC Contractor and holds both EPA and NATE certifications, reflecting a strong commitment to quality, safety, and technical excellence.

Nick co-founded Olympusin 2017 alongside his childhood friend and now Master Electrician, Danjel Watson. Together, they built the company on shared values of honesty, reliability, and doing the job right. Nick’s extensive field experience and leadership help ensure every project meets Olympus’ high standards.

Known for his disciplined, detail-oriented approach, Nick believes trust is earned through clear communication, consistent results, and standing behind the work delivered. He takes pride in providing dependable solutions customers can rely on and ensuring every system is installed and serviced with care.

As a leader, Nick is passionate about mentoring technicians and promoting a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in the work performed. He believes doing things the right way—every time—is essential to building long-term customer relationships.

Outside of work, Nick is happily married and a proud father of two. He dedicates his free time to training in Jiu-Jitsu and coaching MMA, pursuits that reflect his commitment to discipline, personal growth, and continuous improvement.
