Adam Heiser

Adam is a new Co-Owner of Olympus and brings over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Born and raised in Abilene, Adam built his HVAC career on a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of the local market, with a reputation for honest work and dependable service. Over the years, Adam progressed through multiple roles, including senior technician and operations management. Today, he oversees the day-to-day operations at Olympus, focusing on efficiency, quality, and doing the job right the first time. He is committed to transparency, accountability, and treating customers with respect—values that guide every decision he makes.

Adam joined Olympus after reconnecting with longtime friend Nick Webb, whom he worked alongside earlier in his career. Their shared history and mutual respect formed the foundation of a strong business partnership. As empty nesters, Adam and his wife of 30 years, Melissa, decided it was the right time to take on a new challenge together. Adam’s brother, Nicholas, also joined the family ownership team, bringing a finance degree and a strong business-minded perspective to the company.

Known for his charismatic and people-focused leadership style, Adam genuinely enjoys connecting with customers and building trust through clear communication and follow-through. He is passionate about mentoring and training technicians to take pride in their work, deliver consistent quality, and stand behind what they do.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, and attending live concerts.
